Power Separator

The Ascon Pool Products Power Separator is designed to draw the power from the mains to reduce power drawn through the chlorinator when more than the filter pump is plugged in.

The ACPS has two power leads, one to be plugged into a 240Va.c. GPO, the other "piggy back" plugs into the time clock outlet. The secondary unit plugs into the outlet on the ACPS.

The ACPS detects when the time clock is active and supplies power to the secondary unit, preventing power overload and only allowing power when the filter pump is on.
